They are now looking for a Lead Project Manager – AI Transformation to drive high-impact AI initiatives across their Grid Technologies domain.
What you’ll do
As a Lead PM, you’ll turn AI ambitions into real business outcomes:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives—from idea to scalable, production-ready solutions
- Translate AI strategy into clear roadmaps, defining scope, data needs, and implementation plans
- Identify and shape high-value AI use cases based on feasibility and ROI
- Align business, IT, and data teams to ensure smooth execution
- Drive adoption and measurable business impact of AI solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove delivery roadblocks
- Ensure proper governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices
- Support prioritisation across the AI portfolio
What they’re looking for
- 5–8 years experience in digital / data / AI transformation roles
- Software Development background
- Proven track record delivering AI or advanced analytics use cases into production
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data workflows
- Experience working closely with data scientists, engineers, and IT teams
- Solid project/program management in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI
- Experience scaling solutions (beyond PoC / pilot stage)
- Exposure to industrial/engineering environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLOps, deployment pipelines, or system integration
- Strong English knowledge
