Feladatok:

• Support the Legal Operations team within Legal and Compliance with reporting
• Vendor onboarding, strategic projects
• Third party implementations and process enhancements
• In contact with external vendors
• Helping with budget calculations

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• 1,5-2 years already completed at the university, have at least 1 or 1,5 years more
• Proactive and outgoing attitude
• High data analytic skills
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle external vendors

• Studies related to Business or Business administration
• Previous experience in operation related role

• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
