Vodafone Shared Services Budapest (VSSB) is the international service center of the Vodafone Group, operating in Hungary since 2007. The company plays a key role in supporting Vodafones global operations across multiple areas, such as finance, IT, HR, procurement, and business analysis.

Feladatok:
- Runs and maintains weekly global legal workload reports
- Produces ad‑hoc reports on demand
- Audits Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) data quality
- Flags issues and coordinates fixes with the Reporting Lead
- Ensures data reliability for reporting and decision‑making
- Manages contract repository upload across Vodafone Business footprint
- Supports internal stakeholders in document retrieval
- Provides general operational and administrative support when needed
Elvárások:
- Full time active or passive student status now and for at least one more year
- Fluent English communication both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs, especially in Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
Munkaidő:
- Flexible work schedule on weekdays
- Being able to work 20 hours per week according to agreed schedule
- Needs to be available for a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 hours a day
- Working on Mondays is highly preferred because of the weekly reports
