Introduction
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who, with a strategic mindset and strong execution focus, will build our markets, unify our brand communications, and support the commercial process with high-quality leads.In this role, you will be responsible for accurately identifying target markets and priority segments, ensuring we show up in the market with consistent and approved messages, and running marketing activities that deliver business-relevant results for the business development and sales teams.Tasks
- identifying target markets, priority segments, and customer needs
- developing and operating consistent, approved communication of the brand and value proposition
- generating high-quality leads to support the commercial process
- collecting, structuring, and leveraging market, competitor, and customer information for business use
- collaborating with commercial leadership, business development, sales, and—when needed—quality management / compliance
- supporting the recording, traceability, and handoff of potential target markets and customer accounts to sales

Requirements
- have several years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- are comfortable with market and segment analysis, positioning, and campaign management
- can turn brand messages into business-relevant, consistent communication
- work in a data-driven way and can measure, analyze, and optimize against KPIs
- collaborate confidently with sales and business development teams
- manage projects end-to-end in a structured, responsible, and independent way

value thorough documentation and controlled, compliant operations
Preferences
- experience designing marketing processes, approval workflows, or operating models in regulated environments
- knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and campaign measurement systems
- experience with B2B lead scoring, MQL management, or sales handoff practices
- strong copywriting and content planning skills
