Marketing&Trade Marketing Specialist
Main duties and responsibilities
- Actively supporting the Marketing Manager on brand and trade marketing management activities for multi and mono-channel sales.
- Providing market analysis and insights regarding competition and trade partners using IQVIA and Scriptor.
- Analyzing trade channel and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and obstacles.
- Managing all brand activities focused specifically on BTL and trade initiatives.
- Acting as a key marketing contact for trade partners in collaboration with the OTC Sales Manager.
- Developing and executing channel-specific promotional materials across online and offline platforms.
- Managing tenders and quotations for POS materials and activities such as congresses and HCP events.
- Monitoring tactical marketing and trade plans against KPIs and implementing corrective actions.
- Planning and revising marketing and trade budgets.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings with medical, logistics, finance, and regulatory departments.
- Managing procurement and POSM policies within CAF, RAF, and PO systems.
- Assisting with authority relations and announcing sales activities to OGYÉI.
- Coordinating the distribution of promotional materials for the sales team during cycle meetings.
- Ensuring all activities align with industry compliance and internal codes of conduct.
Required competencies
- 1+ year of relevant trade marketing or marketing experience - preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, ambitious, and complex environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market data tools.
- High level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and professional communication skills.
