Bachelor’s degree – English, Communications or Journalism
Min. 3 years of experience in communications (preferably internal communication)
Strong communication skills with excellent English writing and editing abilities
Experience in the IT industry is an advantage

Write, edit, and implement communications collateral and serve as the technical authority on all internal marketing, (mass) communications, and branding initiatives.
Manage and maintain our corporate Intranet and corporate social platform
Design campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs
Plan and manage content and strategy for large-scale events, big program announcements
Ensure effective and timely tactical delivery of internal communications initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Support and build surveys in relation to internal customer related content
Be up-to-date at all times with the best internal communications practices and new trends. Contribute to new (agile) ways of working
