Feladatok:

• Be the first point of contact for European Hiring Managers regarding recruitments needs
• Facilitate the screening and interview processes
• Be responsible for employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audit, personnel information management and contract management

Elvárások:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2-year experience in international company and/or shared services HR function
• Fluent English AND strong knowledge of one of the following languages are required (Italian/French/German/Spanish/Dutch/Swedish)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented and team player attitude
