Our partner is a fast-growing, Asia-based multinational company that is establishing its manufacturing site in Hungary as part of a brownfield investment. The newly built facility will operate in a state-of-the-art production environment, focusing on coating technology for the battery industry.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling; ACCA or Certified Tax Advisor is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment (preferably in new energy or battery industry)
• Proven experience in building financial operations from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of Hungarian and EU accounting and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Fluent in both English and Hungarian

• Deliver high-quality financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to both HQ and local regulatory bodies

• Build and scale a top-tier local finance team, growing it to 5–6 professionals within two years
• Act as the primary liaison with local tax authorities, external auditors, and financial partners
