Your new role
This is a strategic transformation and enablement role whose mission is to make sure teams focus on the right priorities, align their work with business strategy, and use OKRs consistently to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own and continuously improve the company's OKR framework, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Align team objectives with overall business strategy and strategic priorities.
- Drive organization-wide OKR adoption and support a shift toward outcome-based leadership.
- Coach leaders, teams, and OKR Champions; facilitate workshops and enable effective goal setting.
- Build and develop the internal OKR community through training and knowledge sharing.
- Manage the OKR platform (Workpath), including governance, onboarding, reporting, and adoption insights.
What you'll need to succeed
- Master's degree and proven experience in strategy, transformation, business enablement, or change management environments;
- Strong background in strategic development and execution;
- Hands-on experience with OKRs or similar performance and goal-setting frameworks;
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills;
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to balance competing business needs;
- Comfortable working with digital tools;
- Fluent English communication skills;
