Feladatok:

• keep contact with the customers, provide up-to-date information about the products
• providing proactive, helpful, friendly telephone support to customers and closing sales
• handle problematic deliveries in cooperation with external service providers
• administrative handling of complaints / wrong orders
• process and follow-up customers orders / return orders / credit notes in the ERP system
• suggesting changes in web shop content, adverts, listings, pricing and processes
• supporting the Head of Online Operations and Support via participating and cooperating in several online projects

Elvárások:

• Advanced level English OR German
• Any other 3rd language such as Dutch / German / Polish / Slovakian / Czech etc. is also a plus
• Client-oriented attitude
• Sales attitude and problem solving skills
• User-level IT knowledge
