As we continue to expand our international footprint, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and help drive the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth.
Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations of Xquisite Yachts and serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, risk management, capital strategy, and operational financial leadership across the organization. This role requires a forward-thinking financial leader with strong experience in manufacturing, international operations, and growth-oriented environments.
Feladatok
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, supporting key business decisions (investments, financing, capital allocation).
- Lead financial planning and analysis processes (budgeting, forecasting, KPIs), monitor performance, and drive profitability.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financing; maintain relationships with financial partners.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks; ensure strong internal controls and compliance.
- Support operational performance through cost optimization, pricing, and production planning insights.
- Lead and develop the finance team, and implement efficient systems and processes.
Elvárások
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field strongly preferred.
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior finance roles.
- Experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director in a manufacturing, marine, luxury goods, or international business environment preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
