Join a dynamic international procurement team as an Operations Buyer supporting a leading client in the facility management sector. In this role, you will manage low-value, fast-turnaround purchasing activities, ensure compliance with internal processes, and provide high-quality support to stakeholders and suppliers.

• Procure products and services below the defined clip level

• Process purchase requests and purchase orders in SAP and other client systems

• Ensure SLA (CSL, KPI, SM) compliance in daily operations

• Communicate with internal requesters and suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, and order status

• Handle incoming requests via email/phone and document them in ServiceNow (SNOW)

• Resolve blocked invoices and support payment-related issue resolution with relevant teams

• Ensure compliance with client-specific procurement processes and maintain audit-ready documentation

• Escalate issues to leadership or category managers when needed

• Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution

• Support process improvements and automation initiatives, including catalogue management

• Active full-time (daytime) student status

• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

• Availability of 20–40 working hours per week (ideally 40 hours during the summer)

• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes

• Client-facing communication skills

• Stakeholder management experience up to C-level

• Project management skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Supplier relationship management experience

• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills

• SAP knowledge is a plus

• Familiarity with procurement and accounts payable/finance processes is a strong advantage

• Gross hourly wage: 2,400 HUF/hour
