Senior Warehouse Operation Logistics Specialist állás Országos

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the warehouse and logistics operations of our EMS partner — from incoming raw materials to finished goods shipment. You will work closely with engineering, transportation, and quality assurance teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment with both Chinese and Hungarian colleagues.
Feladatok:
Supervise warehouse operations at the EMS partner: receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and finished goods handling
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse team activities (material receiving, line feeding, data recording, and shipment)
Conduct operational audits and initiate process improvement actions
Monitor stock accuracy by reconciling system data with physical inventory; organize daily, quarterly, and annual stock counts
Control warehouse-related costs and continuously improve layout, efficiency, and processes
Maintain and update SOPs; participate in tendering and quarterly performance review processes
Organize material transfers between plants, coordinating timing and transportation
Elvárások:
University degree in logistics, economics, engineering, or business-related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience with WMS systems, Lean warehouse operations, and process improvement
Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
Structured and logical thinker with a proactive, responsible, and hands-on attitude

Location: Győr-Moson-Sopron county + Occasional travel may be required between the company’s three Hungarian sites, and you will attend a 4-day onboarding training in Germany during your first months.
