Elvárások
- Minimum secondary technical education
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing KPIs
- Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QA (Quality Assurance) requirements
- Good working proficiency and confident communication in English
- Flexibility to work in a multi-shift system, including nights and weekends if required
Előnyök
- Technical higher education (university or college degree) is an advantage
- Cleanroom manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Experience in battery manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage
- Experience in process improvement or waste reduction projects is an advantage
