We are seeking a motivated Performance Analyst Intern to join our team and support data-driven business decision-making. • Support business performance analysis and reporting activities.

• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Assist with data visualization and presentation of key findings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Contribute to process improvements and data-driven decision-making.

• Availability to work 40 hours/week alongside studies.

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with availability to commit to the role for up to 2 years (ideal for students at the beginning of their Bachelor's studies or those planning to continue with a Master's degree)

• Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with or willingness to learn Power BI

• Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately

• Good communication skills and proactive attitude

• Fluent English
