- Coordinate with consulting firms and lead internal and external teams to obtain all required permits, including:
- Establishment Permit
- SBP
- Occupancy Permit
- Modification Permit
- Test Run Permit
- Operational Permit
- Use Permits
- Manage permit-related information and maintain the overall project permitting master plan.
- Identify potential compliance, legal, safety, ATEX, and IPPC risks, and lead corrective actions to resolve non-conformities.
- Collaborate with consultant companies (project management and permit management) and construction teams to verify suppliers' permit documentation.
- Review complex and high-profile permit applications, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.
- Conduct comprehensive technical reviews, including:
- Identifying emission sources and contaminants
- Applying applicable federal and local regulatory requirements
- Reviewing emission calculations
- Preparing permit documentation
- Completing technical review summaries
- Preparing public notice authorizations and related documentation
- Provide professional support to applicants, government agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding permitting requirements and project compliance.
- Lead and participate in technical training sessions related to permit review and attend project, team, and departmental meetings.
- Coordinate and manage assigned special projects.
- Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with corporate project roadmaps and job responsibilities.
- Analyze compliance bottlenecks, prepare analytical reports, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
Elvárások
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Certification: PMP is preferred.
- Technical Skills: MS Office, Microsoft Project, CAD, AutoCAD.
- Language: Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience with greenfield projects and permitting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CE, ATEX requirements, and construction design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local permitting regulations in Debrecen and previous cooperation with CEH, HTES, or S&G Solution is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
