We are hiring for our partner who is building a new, fast-growing hub and are looking for a Personal Assistant to support executives.
Responsibilities
- As a Personal Assistant, you independently manage a broad range of executive support tasks, including calendar management, organizing international meetings and workshops, and coordinating business travel.
- You communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners across different countries, primarily in English.
- You prepare professional presentations and handle documentation, reports, and meeting minutes in English.
- You enjoy building relationships and maintaining effective communication with internal and external contacts in an international environment.
- In addition, you coordinate and support project management activities, complementing your organizational and administrative expertise
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant in an international environment
- Commercial or academic background, with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Fluent English communication skills
- Reliable, well-structured, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
