Monitor customer success and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Handle administrative and billing tasks related to customer accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Provide accurate and reliable information about products and services
Daily account management and relationship management with existing customers
Working closely with the sales team
Manage customer contracts, including renewals, extensions, and modifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in Customer relations, Customer success or Customer account management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Customer-centric mindset, empathy
Confident French and English language skills (C1 level, written and spoken)
Experience in handling customer contracts, renewals, or service extensions
Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM systems
