Phamaceutical Sales Manager - RX állás Országos

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers to achieve ambitious business goals
  
• Ensure excellent field execution of marketing strategies and drive short-, mid- and long-term business success
  
• Contribute actively to brand strategy, annual business planning and performance reviews
  
• Analyze market, customer and competitive data, translating insights into actionable plans
  
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Medical teams
  
• Drive omnichannel engagement and support the adoption of digital initiatives
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and execution excellence
  

• University degree (Life Sciences,business or marketing background is an advantage)
  
• Minimum 3 years of Sales Manager experience within an innovative pharmaceutical company (RX portfolio)
  
• Strong leadership and talent development capabilities
  
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and execution skills
  
• Experience in Key Account Management is an advantage
  
• Native Hungarian and fluent business English
  
• Solid MS Office skills and valid driving license
