We are looking for an experienced RX Marketing Lead on behalf of our partner, a well-established pharmaceutical company with a long-standing history and a strong presence in the industry.

Pharmaceutical RX Marketing Lead

Main duties and responsibilities

Defining, coordinating, aligning, and executing RX marketing strategies and initiatives for the Hungarian market
Managing and professionally developing a marketing team of two Category Managers and one Assistant
Managing the yearly marketing and trade marketing plan from planning to execution
Overseeing and efficiently spending the yearly A&P budget while collaborating closely with the finance team
Supervising the creation of brand messages, positioning, and sales materials
Supporting the sales team during cycle meetings, field force meetings, and providing marketing training
Organizing promotional and professional events, seminars, and scientific symposiums in coordination with regional sales managers
Creating and maintaining a network of Key Opinion Leaders and key trade customers
Analyzing market intelligence data in collaboration with IMS and finance teams to update strategic market information
Searching for new internal and external business opportunities and developing category business development plans
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including OTC marketing, sales, medical, regulatory affairs, legal, and logistics

Required competencies

University degree in Marketing
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within a multinational pharmaceutical organization
Proven track record in budget management and team leadership
Demonstrated capability in managing Key Opinion Leaders and strategic customers
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong operational marketing, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
Excellent influencing and public speaking abilities
Experience working effectively within a matrix environment with high cultural awareness
Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to motivate a dedicated team
