Pharmaceutical Therapeutic Area Lead
Main duties and responsibilities
- Mapping and shaping the therapeutic ecosystem to identify stakeholders, testing capabilities, and referral networks.
- Enhancing diagnosis and treatment pathways to ensure efficient patient flow and care.
- Designing and implementing practical solutions to address infusion capacity challenges with healthcare providers.
- Forming and managing strategic alliances with relevant organizations to improve the care environment.
- Executing and managing tracer strategies within the therapeutic area.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare the ecosystem for new drug launches.
- Building professional relationships with stakeholders in neurology, psychiatry, and hospital management.
- Identifying and engaging insurance companies and hospital administrators in both public and private sectors.
- Translating customer needs and market trends into actionable strategic insights.
- Navigating the regulatory developments and competitive activities impacting the therapeutic area.
Required competencies

University degree with a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry.

Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and medical sales.
- Professional fluency in English, both verbal and written is mandatory
- Proven track record in partnership development and high-level stakeholder management.
- Deep contextual knowledge of the Hungarian healthcare system.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Experience in the field of neuroscience or neurology is considered a distinct advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and lead innovative process improvements.
