 Tasks and responsibilities 

  Strategy development: 

• Support the development and implementation of strategic projects 
• Conduct analysis for ad-hoc requests and develop concepts for strategically relevant topics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments (locally and globally)

  Project and Portfolio management: 

• Drive end-to-end project management ensuring timely delivery
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project execution
• Analyse and learn from project challanges to continuously improve project management standards
• Provide project updates to leadership ensuring decisions and alignment with all relevant stakeholders
• Effectively communicate within the organization and in management presentations

  Business Development and Innovation: 

• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities
• Conduct innovation workshop formats on selected topics

 Expectations 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in managing projects
• Interest in Project Management and strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious mindset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English is a must, German is an advantage
