The Preboarding Services Intern delivers services supporting various functions within preboarding processes. This role is focused on facilitating efficient onboarding by working directly with the Preboarding Specialists aiding them in the completion of all onboarding requirements for New Hires. This role responds and solves to process queries from employees, managers and HRM’s in a timely and professional manner according to established standards, expectations and established metrics. Provides continuous improvement focus to improve customer service levels and delivery of efficient processes and services. The Preboarding services team is essential in creating a positive first impression for new employees and setting the foundation for their success within the company.
Feladatok:
- Ability to flex and support different assignments as needed.
- Manages day to day support for preboarding related service tickets, processes, transactions, administrative tasks (including document archives, preboarding case tracking, background checks, drug screen and other preboarding documentation and processes).
- Builds relationships and provide a positive customer experience with functional stakeholders, external candidates, employees, HRMs and people managers to deliver efficient services.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high demand environment.
- Operate within the compliance guidelines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Learns and applies Lean principles in maintenance of functional standard work and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Currently studying a bachelor's degree from an accredited university related to Human Resources, or similar.
- English, Italian, Hungarian speaker
- 30 hours/week (during summer time 40 if available)
- Ability to focus and complete repetitive tasks
- Ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters
- Demonstrated skill in judgement to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Office days Tuesday/Wednesday and/or Thursday (for training periods, first 3-4 weeks all of the 3 days)
- Working hours between 9.30 and 6 pm
