In this role, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of daily banking services to corporate clients across Europe. You’ll manage a client portfolio, providing high-quality service for current accounts and cash management queries.
Premium Banking Customer Service Analyst (German and English speaking)
Feladatok
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients' daily banking needs;
- Manage client portfolios for Cash Management, proactively offering solutions;
- Ensure operational efficiency by effectively handling client queries;
- Oversee incident resolution, analyze feedback, and manage complaints;
- Maintain a proactive relationship with clients and internal teams;
- Report issues and successes to management and update internal tools;
- Contribute to Cash Management transformation and support model implementation;
- Share knowledge and skills within the team and beyond;
- Provide basic technical support for e-banking and Cash Management products;
- Encourage clients to use "Selfcare" features as part of digitalization efforts.
Elvárások
- University degree;
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing;
- High-level MS Office knowledge;
