Main duties and responsibilities
· Set up, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing and assembly processes.
· Identify productivity improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
· Analyze production data and drive process optimization projects.
· Develop and implement engineering solutions for modified and new manufacturing processes.
· Apply structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and SWOT analysis.
· Define and verify critical process controls and preventive actions.
· Improve quality performance by evaluating yield, failure rates, costs, and key performance indicators.
· Support equipment selection, supplier evaluation, and ROI calculations.
· Create and update work instructions and process documentation.
· Train operators and technicians on process standards and best practices.
Required competencies
· BSc or MSc degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
· 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
· Strong technical interest in manufacturing technologies and process optimization.
· A structured, analytical, and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
· Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
· Good communication skills and the confidence to work in cross-functional teams.
· Fluent English, both written and spoken.
