Process Improvement Specialist állás Budapest

Key responsibilities

• Drive establishment, improvement and maintenance of the process system that complies to the relevant standards
  
• Support identification, documentation and official release of undocumented or partially documented as-is processes by capturing real operational practices and facilitating stakeholders’ alignment on roles, responsibilities and handover points
  
• Assist Process Owners, Responsible and their delegates in process analysis, development and optimization to ensure alignment and integrity within the process framework
  
• Ensure that processes, data flows and interactions are designed, documented, and communicated according to predefined process representation methods
  
• Create, maintain process documentation (incl. drawing flowchart, writing documents etc)
  
• Performs document release related tasks (review coordination, documentation update, administrative tasks)
  
• Ensure alignment between processes and newly introduced digital tools, workflow solutions or automation initiatives
  
• Collaborate with digital transformation teams to make sure process design and documentations are updated in line with system changes
  
• Improve and maintain the process framework using relevant tools
  
• Coordinate and actively participate in process improvement initiatives across core and support processes (incl. process related audit deviation management support)
  
• Facilitate process rollout across the organization
  
• Collaborate in establishing and maintaining a practical, standard-compliant process documentation system
  
• Promote process awareness and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field
  
• Proven experience in process management, process design or similar roles
  
• Familiarity with process modelling tools, workflow management systems and collaboration platforms (e.g., Modelling tools, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence)
  
• Strong analytical and holistic end-to-end process thinking skills
  
• Ability to abstract complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop effective solutions
  
• Precision, attention to details
  
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, including Process Owners, Quality and Product Assurance teams
  
• Ownership mindset with a proactive and systematic approach
  
• Team player with a passion for driving change and improvement
  

Considered a Plus

• Knowledge of AS 9100 / EN 9100 / ISO 9001 Standards
  
• Knowledge of ECSS space standards ((European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ecss.nl)),  NASA TS Space Standards (NASA Technical Standards System (NTSS))
  
• Experience in Automotive sector/ Electronics/ Aerospace System development
  
• Understanding of configuration management, document management and change management requirements
  
• Lean / Six Sigma knowledge or certification
  
• Experience in scale-up or rapidly growing organizations
  
• Experience working alongside digital transformation or system implementation initiatives
