Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end production activities for advanced space products, ensuring smooth execution from planning through delivery
  
• Collaborate closely with the technician team throughout product realization, contributing hands-on expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes
  
• Drive compliance with ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization) requirements to maintain the highest quality and reliability standards
  
• Perform and supervise precision soldering, mechanical assembly, and integration activities critical to mission-ready hardware
  
• Prepare, maintain, and optimize technical documentation to support efficient production and full traceability
  
• Oversee incoming goods inspection to ensure materials and components meet specification and quality expectations
  

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  
• Experience in production engineering in automotive or aerospace sector
  
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation
  
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including AS9100 or ISO 9001
  
• Advanced use of a CAD system (Solid Works, etc.)
  
• Proficiency in English
  

Considered a Plus

• Proficiency in hand soldering
  
• Knowledge of space industry-specific standards and regulations, such as NASA’s Technical Standards, ESA’s ECSS standards, ISO and AS
  
• Familiarity with thermal insulation techniques, particularly Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI)
  
• Understanding of ECSS standards and their application in the space industry
  
• Work experience in aerospace or automotive industry
