Own and evolve the product roadmap for traffic, mobility, and tolling use cases, aligning market needs, customer/operator feedback, and company strategy.
Act as Product Owner for a dedicated fullstack development team: define and prioritize the backlog, write clear user stories/requirements, and run sprint planning, refinement, and review ceremonies.
Translate business and operational requirements (from customers, authorities, and internal stakeholders) into well-documented, technically feasible product requirements.
Own product OKRs and key success metrics, ensuring measurable customer and business impact.
Identify and validate high-value use cases in traffic management, tolling, and mobility, and turn them into actionable backlog items.
Collaborate closely with engineering to define trade-offs, sequence delivery, and ensure a scalable, reliable product.
Work with the broader product organization — including fellow PMs/POs and supporting Product Specialists — to align priorities across products and share best practices.
Engage directly with customers, partners, and public-sector stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and co-create solutions for real-world traffic and mobility challenges.
Communicate product vision and progress clearly: lead demos, present to leadership, and represent the product area externally when needed.
Stay on top of trends and regulatory developments in traffic management, tolling, and mobility technology.
5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including B2B or B2G software, infrastructure, transportation, mobility, tolling, smart-city, or similarly regulated environments.
Solid, hands-on experience as a Product Owner for a software development team — backlog management, user story writing, and agile ceremonies.
Strong stakeholder-management skills; comfortable working with customers, authorities/public-sector partners, and internal leadership.
Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear, technically feasible requirements, and to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience defining and tracking product metrics/OKRs and driving measurable outcomes.
Analytical, structured thinker with a hands-on, “get things done” attitude.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Prior exposure to traffic management, tolling systems, ITS, parking, or mobility platforms is a strong plus.
Ownership of a strategically important product area within a growing mobility and technology company.
