Project Manager – Airbag Development Projects állás Miskolc

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and managing airbag development projects according to the customers' expectations, considering the time plan, the target cost and the quality requirements
• Coordinating the global project team of 8-10 people, delegated by the partner departments
• Converting the milestone targets into work packages and delegating them to the project members
• Keeping contact with the customer and the global management and providing status reports towards them
• Organizing, coordinating and documenting international meetings
• Continuously tracking and forecasting the project budget
• Monitoring and developing the product profitability, in case the profit target is not met
• Recognizing and identifying problems and delegating the problem solving
• Participating on business trips (depending on the project-phase, approximately in every half year)
• Supporting the RFQ projects
• Plan and execute change management activities (customer, supplier, internal)
• Documentation of the projects according to the internal and also to the IATF16949 standards

Requirements:

• University degree (Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Experience in project management; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Fluent in English and German
• Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills, systems approach and analytical thinking and the ability to balance multiple priorities
