Feladatok:
- Excel database reading and creation, basic analyzation
- Dedicated website usage for claim follow-up, understanding the reason of claim, and partial fulfillment
- Very basic logistics understanding, to know the steps how goods leaving our warehouse (WH)
- Camera system handling, recognizing mistakes found in excel databases, collect and archive camera footages
- Physical reviews of materials/claims (not usual, but could happen) in WH
- Analyze the primary causes of picking defects and report it in follow up tools
- Give regular feedback within the organization (CCC, Transport team and Back-Office) to prevent claims if possible
- Ensure all customer issues are regularly analyzed in order to identify top issues and launch quality flash/trainings to prevent them
- Ensure that customer complaint leads to Robustness program update (PCP, FMEA, …)
- Scope is on physical processes, but also order management and transport
- Camera system investigation – the trainee will get the necessary training
Elvárások:
- Ongoing studies in related fields
- Fluency in English
- Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PP)
- Ability to adapt to an international team and to work under pressure
- Communictaion skills
