We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter & Key Account Manager to join our Temporary Staffing team!
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process for temporary and leased workforce roles while maintaining strong partnerships with key clients.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and understand their staffing needs.
Support business growth by identifying and engaging potential new clients.
Collaborate with the employment team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Guide and mentor student interns.
What You Bring
Experience in recruitment, ideally in temporary staffing, leasing, or agency environments.
Strong client relationship and account management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English skills
