We are currently looking for a Regional Inventory Planner (EU) to join the team in Polgárdi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain inventory replenishment plans based on sales forecasts and target stock levels
- Ensure stock level adherence across European plants and SKUs
- Analyze demand, inventory, and production plans and proactively adjust them to changing business needs
- Coordinate with local and regional MP&L, production planning, sales, and procurement teams
- Own, monitor, and report inventory KPIs (stock adherence, inventory value, Days on Hand, OTIF, lead times)
- Support and execute the European inventory strategy (Make-to-Stock vs. Make-to-Order)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within inventory management and supply chain processes
- Act as a key interface toward 3PL logistics partners, warehouses, and selected suppliers
- Support supply chain operations including warehousing, distribution, and material flow coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, material planning, or supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment logic, and KPI governance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or SAP preferred)
- Confident in working with data, analysis, and reporting to support planning decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Fluent English required; Hungarian working proficiency is an advantage
