We are looking for a, who can coordinate and drive complex release activities across multiple engineering teams while ensuring predictable, high-quality software delivery. In this role, you will facilitate planning and synchronization activities, manage cross-team dependencies, and help optimize delivery flow through modern DevOps and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate has strong experience in delivery leadership, a solid understanding of DORA metrics and software delivery performance, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, and product teams. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives by promoting transparency, reliability, and a culture focused on ownership and continuous delivery.

Feladatok

Release Orchestration & Alignment

Own and coordinate cross-team release cadence
Facilitate structured planning and synchronization events
Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
Ensure release transparency, predictability and quality standards

Flow Optimization & DevOps Performance

Measure and track DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, change failure rate)
Identify systemic bottlenecks slowing delivery flow
Drive initiatives reducing batch size and improving release frequency
Promote trunk-based development and incremental delivery practices

Architecture & Platform Enablement (Support Perspective)

Identify architectural coupling impacting release performance
Surface structural delivery impediments to technical leadership
Ensure release processes align with evolving platform and architecture strategy
Facilitate collaboration between engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA and Product

Quality, Risk & Reliability Governance

Maintain release governance and quality gates
Oversee deployment readiness and post-release review loops
Improve release stability and risk management practices

Elvárások

7+ years of experience in delivery leadership
Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and DevOps practices
Familiarity with DORA metrics and performance-driven engineering
Solid understanding of modern software architectures (microservices, distributed systems, hybrid environments)
Strong systems-thinking mindset focused on flow and delivery optimization
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
English proficiency (written and spoken)
