Our partner in the aviation industry is looking for a Reporting SME.
This position will be within the reporting team and will focus on creating and maintaining reports needed to monitor the end-to- end processes for one or more of the following areas of focus, RTP, RTR and OTC in line with the business need and the IT standards of the company.
Elvárások / Requirements
- University degree preferably with focus on Accounting
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or reporting developer activity
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications, ERP Accounting systems (preferably SAP)
- Fluent English in writing and verbally (French is an advantage)

- Reporting & Data Management:
- Create and maintain automated reports using various tools.
- Collaborate with business teams to document reporting needs and data flows.
- Manage the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process and perform rigorous validation to ensure data quality of all reports and visualizations, and accurate KPI calculations.
- Maintain transparent records of report logic, data sources, and business rules.
- Process Improvement & Re-engineering:
- Analyze existing reporting workflows to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gains.
- Propose and drive process changes, including organizational and application-level updates.
- Moderate meetings for improvement actions and act as the first point of contact for customer queries or escalations.
- Lead end-user and "train-the-trainer" sessions for new reporting solutions.
- Project Participation:
- Assist in selecting and testing new tools to ensure data availability.
- Manage transitions within multi-disciplinary teams and support centrally driven projects.
- Handle IT-related escalations and troubleshoot reporting issues.
