Elvárások / Requirements

8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record in backend architecture.

Expert-level proficiency in Rust systems programming, including memory safety management and high concurrency patterns.

Deep knowledge of Blockchain protocols (cryptoeconomics, decentralized systems) and experience with iGaming platforms.

Hands-on experience with the Rust ecosystem (Tokio, Diesel, SQLx, Rocket, Protobuf) and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Cloud & CI/CD: Strong background in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

Methodologies: Commitment to Agile practices, TDD/BDD, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Performance & Compliance: Deliver production-grade server-side components that meet stringent performance benchmarks and regulatory compliance requirements specific to the iGaming industry.

DevOps & Strategy: Define technical strategy and manage cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform within AWS/GCP environments.
