In this position, you will be responsible for the preparation of strategic and tactical marketing plans and their implementation in the form of marketing and sale campaignes.

Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to maximize brand performance.

Creating and implementing long-term strategic and tactical marketing plans to maximize brand performance.

Developing, implementing and evaluating tactical objectives, including promotional, online and offline marketing materials.

Planning and revising marketing budgets and handling all related administrative tasks.

Driving local customer initiatives, such as national congresses, medical education, and trade partner actions.

Monitoring tactical plans against KPIs and taking corrective actions when required.

Representing the company among external stakeholders, including KOLs, associations, and the press.

Working closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate sales forecasts and demand planning.

Ensuring compliance and legal approval of all promotional materials in conjunction with medical and regulatory departments.
Elvárások

Master's degree in marketing, medical science, or a similar field.

At least 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience.

Fluent English, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.

Competent use of MS-Office and general IT technology.
