In this role, you will support the renewal and maintenance of existing client services and software subscriptions. You will work primarily with internal systems. Based on these, you will prepare and manage offers, coordinate with partners, and follow through the process until completion. The role involves close collaboration with distributors and resellers rather than direct client sales.
Sales Administrator (English and German speaking)
Feladatok
- Manage and follow up on renewal opportunities, ensuring all requests are handled from initiation to closure;
- Prepare, update and send commercial offers through distributor and reseller networks;
- Monitor the full order lifecycle, including processing, validation and confirmation of orders and invoices;
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution;
- Proactively follow up with distributors and resellers via email and phone regarding offer status, order progress and required changes;
- Handle customer and partner inquiries, provide information about products and services, and support post-sales activities;
- Maintain and update customer data and sales records with high accuracy;
- Track ongoing requests, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution;
- Contribute to regular reporting, status updates and internal coordination within the team.
Elvárások
- University degree;
- Fluency in English and German is required;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately;
- Good communication skills and confidence in handling partners via email and phone;
- Ability to manage repetitive and structured tasks;
- Basic interest in IT or technology (training will be provided);
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (especially Excel).
