Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for an English-speaking Order Management Specialist in Budapest with a hybrid working set up.
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Examining customer orders, ensuring efficient order entry
- Checking if purchase order details are correct
- Communicating with customer executives regarding the orders in questions
- Resolving order and invoice queries
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Fluency in English
- 1–3 years' experience in order management or sales
- Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
