Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support for SAP systems and tools (both standard and custom solutions)
- Maintain SAP design and configuration, including documentation and training materials
- Analyse and investigate incidents, and provide Level 2/3 support
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders during ongoing support and continuous improvements.
- Analyse new business requirements and assess coverage within existing systems
- Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments (reports, interfaces, enhancements)
- Work closely with ABAP developers during technical implementation
- Improve business processes and increase operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems and strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (contract → logistics → settlement)
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in application support or business support roles
- Knowledge of SDLC and business analysis methodologies
- Data management and analytics knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- ABAP and SQL knowledge (reading and debugging)
- Experience with ETRM systems
- Understanding of risk management processes
- Knowledge of the trading life cycle
- Experience with data analytics tools
- Familiarity with integration / middleware tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
