To strengthen their internal IT Expert team, we are looking for a Business Consultant SAP IS-U Cloud for Customer CX for their client’s project.

Feladatok

Requirement analysis and description of customer requirements in the area of SAP Cloud for Customer CX
-
Identification of potential needs through system analysis
-
Good knowledge of system operation and ISU data objects
-
Good knowledge of system capabilities in the area of SAP Cloud for Customer CX
-
Coordination of projects together with the implementation team
-
Creation of user stories and coordination with the solution designer
-
Customising in the configuration guide
-
Performing development and module tests
-
Performing end-to-end tests
-
Instructing the customer on the new solution
-
Advising the customer on embedding the solution into business processes
-
Providing support with system setup and migrations
-
Creating technical documentation / developer documentation
Elvárások
-
At least 4 years of experience as a business consultant
-
Business level German (strong B2, but preferably C1 level) required
-
Training in SAP Cloud for Customer CX (course confirmation, certificate or diploma)
-
At least two references from the last 36 months in which the business consultant worked in the area of SAP CE and/or SAP CX
-
At least 50 person days per project
-
In addition, the form in which Clean Core and/or BTP services were used must be specified
-
Consulting and implementation projects must be specified, not purely maintenance projects.
