We are looking for Scrum Master on behalf of our international IT company

Feladatok

·       Ensure Scrum ceremonies are executed properly, driving squad to develop and deploy faster

·       Eliminates blockers and external interferences to development progress

·       Helps Product Manager maintain the product backlog and holds BTA accountable to defining stories at the right level

·       Supports Product Manager in defining Definition of Done (DoD) for the product

·       Maintains and cleans up JIRA in alignment with best practices

Elvárások

• At least 2 years relevant experience as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Agile principles, processes and practices
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent English knowledge
• Nice to have: SCRUM training and / or certificate
