Your new role
As an accountant, you will support the work of the finance manager by working closely with the other accountants.
Your tasks include:- Participation in financial closing and preparation of annual financial statements
- Communication with external auditors and responding to enquiries
- Taxation: VAT, personal income tax (PIT), corporate tax (CIT) advance calculation, reporting, and posting in SAP
- Annual corporate tax (CIT): calculation, reporting, posting
- Other taxes: local business tax (HIPA), innovation contribution, CBAM, EPR, environmental tax, etc.
- Contact person in case of tax audits
- Payroll data entry and posting in SAP
- Supporting company sites with tax-related questions
- Managing bank transfers
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
- Experience using SAP is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Accounting experience in the construction industry
- IFRS accounting
