We are looking for a BI Developer to join the established team of our renowned international partner. What you will do:
• Work closely with a variety of business stakeholders and analysts to understand priorities and manage the BI demand pipeline.
• Partner with business analysts and data engineers to identify data sources and propose the best data solution.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Optimize datasets, dataflows, and visualizations using the most suitable technologies.
• Join stakeholder meetings and requirement‑clarification sessions coordinated by the team.
• Ensure that all BI products—internal or third-party—adhere to company standards and pass required QA processes.
• Promote strong data governance and consistently high data quality.
• Partner with business analysts and data engineers to identify data sources and propose the best data solution.

What you bring
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or analytical role, ideally within an international company environment.
• A passion for creating efficient BI solutions and impactful visualisations, with solid experience in Power BI and data storytelling.
• Strong proficiency in: MS Excel, MS SQL, Power Automate, Power Platform, Power BI (M, DAX), Python (nice to have).
