Your New Position
- Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for a Telecom Customer & Party Master Data platform
- Acting as a Subject-Matter Expert and Consultant, supporting client teams through the entire delivery lifecycle
- Leading requirement‑gathering sessions and defining acceptance criteria
- Preparing API and data specifications
- Supporting UAT activities and data migration validation
- Collaborating closely with Agile/Scrum teams and contributing to continuous improvement of processes
What You Need to Succeed
- 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 4+ years of experience in the Telecom domain
- Hands-on exposure to Customer Data Management applications
- Strong knowledge of CRM customer lifecycle, party master data hierarchy
- Familiarity with TMF ODA and TMF Open APIs
- Experience in BRD/FRD documentation, data mapping, and migration
- Agile/Scrum background
- Nice to have: BPMN, event‑driven systems exposure, SQL knowledge
