✅ What they’re looking for
- 4+ years of technical experience, ideally in digital media or data-intensive environments
- Strong hands-on SQL skills
for querying and analyzing large datasets - Experience with Python, R, Excel, or BI tools for data processing and visualization is nice to have
- Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
