To support its continued growth and sales excellence ambitions, we are currently looking for a senior professional to take ownership of sales compensation and incentive strategy across multiple regions. The role plays a key part in shaping performance, governance, and data-driven decision-making within the international sales organization.
Senior Manager – Sales Compensation and Sales Incentives
Feladataim
- Design, implement, and govern international sales compensation and incentive plans aligned with global business and sales strategy.
- Ensure alignment between sales compensation frameworks and go-to-market (GTM) and product strategies, including support of MTP targets.
- Coordinate and ensure consistency of incentive structures across regions, verticals, channels, and partnerships.
- Develop sales incentive schemes that encourage desired sales behaviors in close collaboration with Reward, Commercial Finance, and International Marketing teams.
- Establish and monitor sales targets in cooperation with GTM and Finance, based on quantitative analysis, productivity metrics, and management judgment.
- Monitor sales productivity metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements that drive commercial performance.
- Lead the design, rollout, and ongoing management of sales pay plans in line with group principles and industry best practices.
- Oversee accurate and timely bonus calculations in partnership with central bonus calculation teams.
- Manage and continuously improve sales compensation systems (e.g. incentive and targeting tools) to ensure compliance with local and international requirements.
- Support onboarding of new sales colleagues by explaining sales compensation structures and incentive mechanisms.
- Ensure Front Office teams are equipped with appropriate tools, processes, systems, and information to enable effective sales and account management.
- Own governance, audit, certification, and compliance-related decisions connected to sales opportunities.

- Advanced degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in transforming sales methodologies and teams within a large-scale organization of approximately £2bn in revenue.
- Track record of successfully growing a portfolio of business in a sales excellence role.
- Business Process re-engineering experience
- Demonstrate a track record in building high performing, diverse, cross-cultural teams.
- International Experience
- End user and training experience using relevant sales tools.
- Technology product training & messaging experience
- Experience in building training, solution messaging and sales content / collateral within a business analytics and/or data integra on organization (or related field)
