A new opportunity is open at our partner, a global company operating in Budapest, for a motivated individual to join their Payroll team.
Main Responsibilities
- End to end payroll processing in cooperation with external payroll providers
- Payroll data entry and validation (new hires, terminations, bonuses, deductions, garnishments)
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure record retention compliance
- Act as key contact for payroll compliance and legislative topics
- Daily collaboration with HR, project teams, and external providers
- Act as escalation point for payroll issues and drive resolution
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in payroll related projects (analysis, reporting, clean up)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or HR.
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Flueny in English and French
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
