A Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position opened at our multinational client's Budapest office. They have become a European IT security innovator, specialising in advanced monitoring techniques. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and provide hiring guidance
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process
- Support onboarding activities and candidate engagement
- Ensure recruitment compliance, system updates, and background checks
- Collaborate with agencies, Employer Branding, and internal stakeholders
- Support project-based hiring and internal mobility initiatives
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including IT/tech roles
- In-house recruitment experience at a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of the Hungarian recruitment market
- Confident stakeholder management, including senior leaders
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- High attention to detail, data accuracy, and discretion
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
