Join our international banking partner as a Servicing Manager, where you will act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients across Europe regarding cash management products and services.
Servicing Manager (German & English Speaking)
Main duties and responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring an outstanding client experience;
- Analyze, challenge, and simplify client requests to provide efficient solutions;
- Continuously identify and implement improvements related to payment methods and electronic banking channels;
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and collaborate closely with Back Office teams, Business Centers, Cash Management, and other internal stakeholders;
- Support continuous client satisfaction improvements through monitoring reports, statistics, and service quality indicators;
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for all after-sales client service activities;
- Participate regularly in client meetings and service review discussions;
- Prepare ongoing and quarterly service reports and attend client service calls;
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding issues affecting their products, services, or transaction flows;
- Ensure timely and transparent communication throughout incident resolution;
- Minimize client impact through proactive issue management.
Required competencies
- College or university degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a middle office or client service role within the banking sector;
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken;
- Strong expertise in electronic banking, payments/reporting, or cash management;
- Proven experience in direct client interaction and client servicing;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable personality;
- Ability to collaborate effectively within international teams;
- Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
