- Confident level of French/Italian + English knowledge
- Good analytical skills
- Motivated, proactive work attitude
- Diploma is an advantage
- 1-3 years experience is an advantage (IT helpdesk or Customer Service in a multinational company)
-European citizenship (our partners can't provide a work permit)
-Be responsible for your customer portfolio from order placement until the delivery has been made
-Build strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers
-Use email and phone as the primary way of communication with customers
-Have regular trainings and team meetings
-Be involved in various company projects
-Solve problems and handle complaints in an assertive manner
-Answer customers' questions
